Why Potato Gifts?
My interest in potato gifts comes from having a family with a long history of harvesting potatoes here in Idaho. As a young boy, I participated with my family when we would take the two weeks of fall vacation to work together picking and harvesting potatoes for our winter fuel, clothes, etc.. Starting at age 8 until I graduated high school at 18, I and a partner would pick potatoes for the two weeks of harvest vacation, which is normally around the last of September.
